About the role

This role is for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager responsible for driving site-wide operational excellence through structured problem-solving, Lean methodologies, and cultural transformation. The position requires a hands-on leader with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and performance analytics.

What you'll do

  • Establish a multi-year Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap to drive world-class operational performance and align with strategic site objectives
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across value streams and support functions, using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Execute high-impact CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce bottlenecks, and improve productivity
  • Track equipment performance using metrics such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, and lead initiatives to optimize asset utilization and reliability
  • Provide timely and accurate MIS updates—including cost improvement dashboards and savings reports—to site leadership and project stakeholders
