About the role
As a EMEA Payroll Delivery Coordinator within our Payroll Team, you will be responsible for consolidating Payroll inputs from the various internal stakeholders across departments into acceptable formats to enable Payroll processing with a focus on detailed Payroll checks and reconciliations to manage and optimize payroll processes across multiple countries where the organization operates.

- Perform day-to-day payroll operations including processing, reconciliation, handling employee queries
- Monitor payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with local payroll providers or vendors to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly
- Play a vital role by actively participating in standardizing payroll processes and procedures across different countries to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Align with the organization’s objectives and compliance requirements
