About the role
This role is for an Engineering Operations and Maintenance Manager, responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical utility systems including HVAC, WFI, PW, steam, and automation infrastructure. The position ensures regulatory compliance, safety adherence, and system reliability through robust preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
What you'll do
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical engineering systems such as HVAC, WFI, PW, and steam, ensuring uninterrupted utility services and minimal downtime
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and local regulations by conducting internal audits, enforcing safety protocols
- Lead engineering projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation, budget estimation, documentation
- Maintain automation systems and plant equipment by collaborating with cross-functional departments, identifying performance gaps
- Train and guide the engineering team on maintenance procedures, hazard identification, and safety practices
