What you'll do
- Ensure the successful execution of product launch plans in alignment with marketing strategies and stock availability
- Monitor sales data and field compliance to ensure that the sales team meets target doctors with the right frequency and inputs
- Conduct regular reviews with Sales Managers (SMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to track progress and address any gaps in execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, PMT, SFE, GSA) to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth business operations
- Drive medico-marketing activities and work with KOLs to shape therapy and brand strategies
