About the role
This role is for a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant operation and maintenance of electrical systems and utilities within the plant. The position involves planning and executing preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety norms including LOTO and JSA, and supporting automation systems to minimize downtime.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for recognizing potential hazards during critical maintenance activities and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols
- Be responsible for planning and monitoring predictive, preventive, and shutdown maintenance activities, maintaining good housekeeping in utility areas
- Be responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure such as transformers, generators
- Be responsible for implementing and maintaining control systems, performing frequent backups
- Be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, performing breakdown maintenance with quick turnaround, and conducting CAPA using RCA, Why-Why analysis
