About the role
This role is for a packing operations associate responsible for setting up and operating packing line machinery, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards. The position involves performing line clearance, managing changeovers, recording batch activities, and maintaining equipment through CLTI and preventive maintenance.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for setting up and operating packing line machinery, loading materials, and ensuring efficient operations
- Be responsible for performing line clearance, managing changeovers, and ensuring correct product labeling with batch and regulatory information
- Be responsible for recording all activities in compliance with GMP, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits
- Be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing packing lines, performing CLTI activities, verifying calibration, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Be responsible for reporting equipment issues, supporting preventive maintenance, and implementing CAPA for repeat issues
