About the role
The role is for driving the site's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management system to achieve DREAMS Zero Harm objectives and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements. The role focuses on process safety management, occupational health surveillance, emergency preparedness, incident investigation, contractor safety, chemical safety, industrial hygiene and fire safety management.
What you'll do
- Drive implementation of the DREAMS Zero Harm (DZH) framework and achieve site SHE performance objectives
- Drive initiatives to achieve Zero Fatality, Zero LTI, Zero MTI, and Zero RWI across the site
- Drive continuous improvement programs to reduce FACs, HPNMs, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions
- Maintain and periodically review Process Safety Management (PSM) critical equipment inventories
- Ensure timely inspection, testing, validation, and preventive maintenance of all safety-critical equipment
