About the role

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. You will lead classroom activities, plan meaningful learning experiences, and work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child's overall development.

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development
• Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued
• Develop lesson plans and engaging activities using storytelling, music, movement, art, sensory exploration, and hands-on learning
• Observe children's development, document their progress, and identify individual learning needs
• Build meaningful relationships with parents and communicate children's progress effectively
