About the role
Configures the LMS after undergoing training, including uploading new courses (lesson plans and supporting documents); creating interactivities (on the chosen course authoring tool or interactivity creation tools). Facilitates the escalation of and resolution for IT issues connected to the learning management system and/or external tools;
What you'll do
- Provide training (LMS induction) to new users (teacher/parent/learner)
- Resolve issues like camera, audio not working in zoom meeting), understands basic MIS (management
