About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, automating, and maintaining business processes and integrations using various Zoho applications to support organizational operations and growth.
What you'll do
- Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, functions, and automations
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator
- Configure and support Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, and other Zoho applications as required
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts for business process automation and workflow optimization
- Design, develop, and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom functions
