Senior Product Manger - Internal Business Systems

About the role

DrinkPrime runs a subscription business built on physical hardware. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Internal Business Systems to map how these workflows run today, design better ways of working, and convert them into clear system requirements that engineering can build against. This is an internal systems and process role, not a consumer product role.

What you'll do

• Identify the gaps causing data mismatch, manual work, delays, duplication, and unclear ownership
• Own the system logic connecting operational events to financial records — purchase and sales document chains, inventory valuation
• Design improved workflows — including draft business rules, approval flows, and exception handling. Drive stakeholders toward a clear recommendation and decision
• Define source-of-truth logic for key business data: inventory, hardware units, vendors, invoices, production batches, stock movement, and deployment
• Own the roadmap for internal business systems, and convert workflow design into clear, stable, well-prioritised product requirements
