About the role
This role involves leading a dedicated stream within the Finance and Accounting department, driving operational excellence and financial integrity. The position is pivotal in overseeing critical accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Manage and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle with hands-on expertise
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and oversee comprehensive bookkeeping activities
- Perform regular and precise ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Ensure strict adherence to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support
