What you'll do
- Provide full administrative support on client projects and provide commercial support to the account team
- Handle client queries on projects and resolve commercial issues as they arise
- Contribute to the project development process and ensure full client satisfaction
- Use internal databases and software’s to manage projects
- Manage all client documentation and sampling related to submissions or sales
