About the role
The Analyst will identify, assess, recruit, and onboard relevant professionals, ensuring accurate data management, timely project execution, and strong expert experience, while working closely with consulting teams, project managers, and external partners to support project-specific needs and expand the firm's expert network.
What you'll do
- Identify and map relevant industry experts for primary research, expert interviews, and consulting engagements
- Conduct targeted research using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, industry directories, company websites, databases, and other research tools
- Evaluate expert relevance based on seniority, functional expertise , industry experience, geography, and project requirements
- Engage prospective experts through professional outreach; clearly communicate the purpose, scope, and process for consultations
- Manage expert onboarding and empanelment, including collection, validation, and maintenance of professional profiles and contact information
