About the role
The AR Reporting person should be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing key Accounts Receivable reports to provide actionable insights. This role requires a strong understanding of AR processes, data analysis and reporting tools. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent analytical skills, and could communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate and timely AR reports, including aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis, collection performance reports, and other relevant metrics
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency
- Utilize Excel, or other reporting tools to extract and present data
- Analyze AR data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks
