About the role
The Senior HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations , ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR policies and compliance, supporting workforce planning, and partnering with business leaders on people-related initiatives.
What you'll do
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, background verification, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation
- Establish and continuously improve HR operational processes and SOPs
