About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP / CRM implementation projects and client delivery. Project/task tracking, sprint planning, backlog management, dashboards, issues and reporting. Experience managing contract / augmented resources . Resource allocation, renewals, timesheet tracking and validation.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end D365 / ERP / CRM implementation projects
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate with functional, technical, development, testing and client teams
- Manage contract/augmented resources, renewals, timesheets and utilization
- Prepare client status reports and RAUG/resource updates
