About the role
The Global Business Process Analyst will drive the optimization, harmonization, and digital enablement of commercial processes across Sulzer’s three divisions Flow, Services and Chemtech. This role supports strategic initiatives within the Sulzer 2028 Strategy, enabling agile, data-driven decision-making and scalable process improvements across global sales and commercial operations.
What you'll do
- Lead a newly established global function to optimise end‑to‑end commercial processes—spanning lead‑to‑order, budgeting, forecasting
- Design and govern enterprise‑wide commercial process standards, facilitating workshops to define challenges, capture requirements
- Act as the strategic link between business and IT, partnering across Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, and IT to shape solutions
- Strengthen global commercial systems and data governance, overseeing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, master data, and champion networks across all business units
- Drive change, adoption, and governance by delivering training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while promoting compliance, accountability
