About the role

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments. This role ensures efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and administer the end-to-end proposal generation process, working closely with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information
• Track the status of proposals, follow up on outstanding information, and maintain a centralized repository of all submitted proposals
• Facilitate the signature process for both internal and external agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding document execution
• Oversee general office management tasks for the Sulzer Gurgaon office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment
