- Define, implement, and enforce development standards, guidelines, and guardrails (coding standards, scoped applications, update set management, CI/CD, documentation)
- Lead solution design for ServiceNow customizations, configurations, integrations, and automation
- Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow development, performing design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
