Makes decisions regarding spending levels and placement tactics with the supervision of the Marketing Manager. Monitors the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identifies opportunities and emerging issues, and understands new technologies and consumer reaction. Develops best practices for media planning and buying process, competitive media analysis, medica cost and performance benchmarks, and media effectiveness.
