About the role
Communicate and coordinate with Managers, Team Leads and Coordinators in other regional Quote Centers to ensure proper global coverage and timely customer responses. Act as a Staff resource on processes and procedures and assist Quote personnel as needed. Identify and define specific training needs and/or process improvements for management review.
