What you'll do
- We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027
- This is a strategically critical HR role focused on managing and sustaining effective industrial relations at the plant level
- Serve as a key liaison between the organization, union representatives, and statutory authorities to ensure a harmonious, compliant, and productive work environment
- Foster transparent and proactive communication with the unionized workforce. Address grievances, facilitate dialogue
- Ensure full adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. Oversee timely filings, documentation, and audit readiness
