What you'll do
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for the development, industrialization, launch
- The role provides leadership to Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded/Firmware, Systems, and Verification and Validation teams
- Lead, develop, and retain multidisciplinary engineering teams across Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded/Firmware, Systems, and Verification and Validation disciplines
- Drive end-to-end product development by applying systems engineering practices throughout the product lifecycle
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate voice of customer, market trends, regulatory needs, competitive intelligence
