What you'll do
- We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027
- Lead and direct all manufacturing operations at the Ranjangaon plant to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity (SQDCP) objectives
- Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to deliver sustainable business growth and operational performance
- Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, statutory requirements, and company policies to maintain a safe workplace
