- Reporting to the PAFA CoE Leader, this role will provide dedicated ownership of strategic initiatives, process governance, transformation efforts
- The role is intended as a governance and transformation investment, not an additional layer of transactional supervision
- This position will help advance key Finance priorities, including centralization, governance, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Coaches and develops future leaders, building succession strength and organizational capability
