- Collaborate with engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to drive successful product development, launch
- Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive execution to ensure profitable, reliable, and on-time product launches
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Leaders to define project scope, budgets, resource requirements, and timelines for Data Center products
- Develop and maintain detailed NPI project schedules in partnership with cross-functional teams
