About the role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager – Projects with 7+ years of relevant experience in CRM implementation and project management . The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with CRM products, gathering client requirements, managing implementations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What you'll do
- CRM Implementation & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Understand client business processes, requirements, and pain points and translate them into CRM solutions
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
