About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and databases . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven team-handling and leadership experience . You will be responsible for guiding the development team, driving technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers and ensure effective task allocation and delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js
- Work extensively with databases and ensure efficient database design, queries, and performance
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure best development practices
