Academic Counsellor

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Janakpuri, New Delhi. You will engage with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals and guide them through program selection and the application/enrolment process.

What you'll do

• Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students, helping them choose suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs
• Assist applicants through the end-to-end application and admission process, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with partner universities
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates on application status
• Meet or exceed enrolment and conversion targets through effective counselling and relationship-building
• Conduct outreach activities and information sessions to engage potential students and address their queries
