About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer / End User Support with at least 1+ year of experience in providing technical support for Windows operating systems, domain environments, and general hardware and software issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, printers, and other IT peripherals
- Handle domain joining, user account configuration, and basic domain-related troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and DNS basics
