We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in Dotdigital . The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands.
What you'll do
- Create omnichannel strategies across Email, SMS, Web Push & WhatsApp
- Own the lifecycle roadmap for assigned brands
- Execution & Campaign Management Build, test, and launch campaigns and automated flows
- Use dynamic personalization, segmentation, and scoring
- Maintain campaign calendars and run A/B tests
