About the role
This is a key role responsible for leading and coordinating the accounting projects and serving as a partner to divisions and functions across the company.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a 12+ member Intercompany accounting team delivering end‑to‑end RTR IC activities
- Oversee end‑to‑end Intercompany operations, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs, staffing, capacity, financial, and operational targets
- Drive clearance of aged and open Intercompany items while maintaining high‑quality reconciliations and SOX compliance
- Ensure strong governance over reconciliation quality, controls, and documentation standards
- Provide hands‑on guidance and support to help team members achieve performance and delivery goals
