About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Process Analyst to drive business process transformation and platform strategy across the enterprise case management and workflow platform ecosystem. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure that platform solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis initiatives across products including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, and custom applications
- Partner with executive stakeholders, process owners, and business leaders to define strategic roadmaps and transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops to identify business challenges, opportunities, process gaps, and optimization strategies
- Define current-state and future-state processes, operating models, and business capability maps
- Translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions and actionable requirements
