About the role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM , CSM, APO , MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub , DataFabric /Zero Copy Connectors
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
