What you'll do
- Design user experiences for ServiceNow workspaces, Employee Center, portals, mobile experiences, Virtual Agent, and AI-assisted workflows
- Create user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, clickable prototypes, and design specifications using Figma or comparable tools
- Participate in user interviews, workflow observation, journey mapping, usability testing, and design workshops
- Synthesize user and stakeholder feedback into clear experience requirements and practical design recommendations
- Apply established UX standards, design-system components, accessibility requirements, and reusable platform patterns
