About the role
The Oracle Fusion IT Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing first line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP covering Finance, HCM and SCM modules during Europe, US time zone operations. The role ensures business continuity by resolving user issues, maintaining integrations, managing period-close activities, and supporting data accuracy and compliance across the global ERP landscape.
What you'll do
- Application & Incident Support
- Monitor and manage user tickets in Halo / JIRA within defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), HCM and SCM modules
- Log L1 and escalate L2, L3 Tickets to Functional & Technical Agents or Oracle SRs for complex configuration or integration issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document knowledge base articles
