What you'll do
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
- Ensure architectural designs follow best practices, platform standards, and scalability principles
- Define integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and design solution roadmaps
