About the role
Lead the implementation and support of SAP HCM S4 HANA Core Modules, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures. Customize and streamline PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll functionalities to meet specific business needs. Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration with Core HCM modules and relevant applications.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP HCM S4 HANA Core Modules, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration with Core HCM modules and relevant applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve data replication, system integration and cloud connectivity issues as they arise
- Provide training sessions to end-users on the functionalities of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and adjust configurations accordingly to eliminate redundancy in processes and paperwork
