About the role
We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise in customization, development, and system integrations.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents (FDDs)
- Configure modules such as: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing (preferred)
- Lead CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and client training sessions
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
