About the role
The QA Manager will be responsible for defining QA strategies, establishing quality standards, overseeing testing activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality embedded software and hardware solutions. With extensive experience in QA management and embedded systems testing, the QA Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Establish QA plans, objectives, and criteria for quality assurance activities, including testing, inspection, and validation
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers, providing strategic direction, coaching
- Monitor QA metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations for process improvement and optimization
- Quality Standards and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements for embedded systems development and testing
- Conduct QA audits, reviews, and inspections to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
