About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead for IoT Systems to drive the technical direction and oversee the development of innovative IoT solutions. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing IoT systems that meet high standards of performance, scalability, and security.
What you'll do
- Technical Leadership and Strategy: Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for IoT system development, aligning with business objectives and industry trends
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure IoT solutions
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IoT, recommending and integrating new tools and methodologies as appropriate
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement
