About the role
The Career Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective learners, converting walk-ins and assigned leads into enrollments, and ensuring learners receive proper support throughout the admission, training, and placement journey. The role also ensures smooth center operations, learner engagement, and coordination with internal teams to achieve enrollment and placement targets.
What you'll do
- Attend to learner walk-ins and provide detailed information about courses, career paths, and program benefits
- Convert walk-ins and assigned leads into successful enrollments
- Generate and qualify leads aligned with program eligibility criteria
- Guide learners through the complete admission and enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and parents to ensure trust and clarity
