About the role
This is a senior specialist content and delivery role at the heart of VOICE German™. You will own the curriculum documents that power the programme, deliver training to nursing candidates in Mumbai, and build the trainer pipeline that will allow VOICE German™ to scale across multiple cities.
What you'll do
- Design and write VOICE German™ curriculum documents across all four levels (A1–B2): session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides
- Develop nursing-specific language content: Pflege vocabulary, patient interaction scripts, clinical documentation language
- Collaborate with the Head of L&D on programme architecture decisions and review cycles
- Training Delivery — Mumbai Batches
- Deliver VOICE German™ training to batches of nursing candidates in Mumbai — covering the full A1 through B2 pathway entirely in India before candidate departure
