About the role
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time BFSI Trainer to deliver end-to-end training in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with strong domain knowledge in banking operations, finance, and accounting, along with employability and interpersonal skills required for corporate placements.
What you'll do
- Deliver comprehensive training in the Banking domain along with fundamentals of Finance and Accounts
- Conduct employability skills and interpersonal skills training to prepare learners for corporate environments
- Use innovative training methodologies such as activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and simulations
- Conduct in-person training sessions with strong facilitation skills
- Evaluate and grade learner assignments, assessments, and projects
