What you'll do
- Training Excellence & Program Monitoring
- Track and analyze key metrics such as learner satisfaction, dropout rates, and placement readiness
- Use dashboards, analytics tools, and GenAI insights to identify trends and improvement areas
- Conduct in-class observations and audits to ensure high-quality delivery
- Identify at-risk learners early and implement structured interventions (mentoring, peer learning, follow-ups)
