What you'll do
- Train learners on Accounting Fundamentals, P2P, O2C and R2R processes
- Explain GST/TDS, reconciliations, month-end closing and financial statements through practical examples
- Conduct assessments and provide learner feedback
- Deliver L1/L2 Service Desk and Technical Support training
- Train learners on hardware, software, networking, ticketing and troubleshooting
