Seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional to manage plant maintenance, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and a maintenance team.
What you'll do
- Manage mechanical maintenance across press shop, CNC, machining, heat treatment, finishing and assembly
- Handle breakdown maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
- Manage preventive & predictive maintenance , machine history cards and maintenance schedules
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, presses, CNC/NC machines and plant utilities
- Monitor MTBF/MTTR , breakdown analysis and Why-Why/root cause analysis
