Female Reservation Executive – Lead Conversion A reputed hospitality organization is looking for a Female Reservation Executive to handle hotel/resort reservation enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
What you'll do
- Receive and manage reservation leads provided by the company through Google Sheets
- Contact leads promptly through telephone/WhatsApp or other approved communication channels
- Understand customer requirements such as travel dates, number of guests, room requirements and preferences
- Provide appropriate information regarding available rooms, tariffs, packages and applicable offers
- Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups
