About the role
To lead and manage the complete admissions and marketing operations of the institution, achieve admission targets, strengthen the school’s brand presence, generate quality enquiries, and convert prospective parents into admissions. The candidate will be responsible for driving both offline and digital marketing initiatives to support the institution’s growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets
- Lead the admission counselling team and monitor individual performance
- Manage the complete admission funnel, from enquiry generation to final admission
- Ensure timely follow-up of walk-ins, telephone enquiries, website leads, WhatsApp enquiries, and referral leads
- Conduct parent counselling, campus tours, and admission presentations
